Thank you for supporting our band by shopping at our merch store! As a DIY operation, all sales are final. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned during shipping.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at the Customer Service link at the bottom of the page with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged item. We'll work with you to find a resolution, which may include a replacement if available.
